Get Your Credit Good

The $1M Playbook

Six phases. One destination. Complete financial access.

Most people think credit repair is about disputing items. That’s just where we start. Each phase is a defined milestone, and each must be complete before the next begins — no skipping, no shortcuts.

01

Phase 1 · Clean baseline

Fix the Foundation

We audit all three bureau reports and challenge every item that is inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable — inquiries, late payments, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, bankruptcies and ChexSystems records. Accurate items get a strategy, not a dispute.

What GYCG does

  • Pull Equifax, TransUnion and Experian reports on day one
  • Categorize every negative item: disputable vs. accurate
  • File bureau-specific dispute letters
  • Track responses — bureaus must answer within 30 days under the FCRA
  • Escalate non-responses, including CFPB complaints where appropriate
  • Document every dispute, response and change

Your part

  • Authorize the credit pulls
  • Send ID, Social Security card and proof of address
  • Forward any bureau mail you receive

Typical duration

Typically 1–6 months, depending on the complexity of the file — a range, not a guarantee.

What it unlocks

A stabilized profile — the clean baseline Phase 2 builds on.

02

Phase 2 · Score lift of 40–100+ pts (results vary)

Strengthen the Profile

A clean report isn’t a strong one. Phase 2 adds the positive history lenders look for and stands up the business entity that becomes the gateway to business capital.

What GYCG does

  • Add authorized-user tradelines with positive payment history
  • Set up rent reporting for renters
  • Request credit-limit increases on accounts in good standing
  • Open secured or credit-builder accounts for thin files
  • Form your LLC and establish the business bank account
  • Enroll you in business credit monitoring

Your part

  • Keep personal utilization under 30%
  • Open and use the business bank account (2+ months of history needed for Phase 4)
  • Avoid new personal credit applications unless we plan them

Typical duration

Typically 2–4 months — a range, not a guarantee.

What it unlocks

A personal score in a fundable range and an established business entity with an EIN.

03

Phase 3 · Up to $250,000

Access Your First Capital

Non-doc funding means no revenue documentation is required. With your entity, EIN and business bank account in place, we run a strategic, same-window application process for 0% APR business credit cards — in the business’s name, protecting your personal utilization.

Requires: LLC, EIN and business bank account

What GYCG does

  • Select target lenders (Chase, Elan, Truist, KeyBank, M&T and equivalents)
  • Sequence applications inside one 30-day window to limit inquiry impact
  • Prepare each application package
  • Coach utilization: personal under 30%, business cards managed separately

Your part

  • Keep entity documents, EIN and bank account current
  • Use introductory 0% periods (often 12–21 months) deliberately

Typical duration

Typically 30–60 days of application activity — a range, not a guarantee.

What it unlocks

Initial business credit lines and the payment history that strengthens your business profile.

04

Phase 4 · Up to $300,000 on $1.5M revenue

Revenue-Based Funding

Once your business shows consistent deposits, lenders will advance capital against revenue — no tax returns required. Lenders typically advance 15–25% of average revenue; we target 20%.

Requires: 6+ months of business bank statements showing consistent revenue

What GYCG does

  • Build the application package: 6 months of statements, entity docs, EIN, voided check
  • Match you with community banks, credit unions and revenue-based lenders
  • Stagger simultaneous applications to optimize approvals

Your part

  • Run consistent deposits through the business account
  • Keep at least 6 months of statements available

Typical duration

Typically 2–6 weeks once statements qualify — a range, not a guarantee.

What it unlocks

Revenue-based capital and a stronger lending relationship history.

05

Phase 5 · Up to $495,000 on $1.5M gross

Corporate Credit

With two years of returns, your business can qualify for corporate credit facilities sized at roughly 33% of documented gross annual revenue — backed by a business credit profile at Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business and Equifax Business.

Requires: 2+ years of tax returns showing business income

What GYCG does

  • Build your PAYDEX with vendor net-30 accounts that report to the business bureaus
  • Assemble the package: 2 years of business and personal returns, P&L, balance sheet
  • Target SBA-preferred lenders, CDFIs and regional banks

Your part

  • File accurate business returns
  • Pay vendor accounts early or on time

Typical duration

Typically 1–3 months — a range, not a guarantee.

What it unlocks

Established corporate credit facilities — and the documentation SBA lenders expect.

06

Phase 6 · Up to $1,000,000 on $250K net income

SBA Lending

SBA-guaranteed loans are typically underwritten at 3–4× documented net income. They require a 680+ personal score and usually two years in business — which is exactly why Phases 1 and 2 come first.

Requires: 680+ FICO, 2+ years in business, full financials

What GYCG does

  • Prioritize SBA-preferred lenders with the highest approval volume in your market
  • Choose the right program: 7(a) for general purposes, 504 for real estate and equipment
  • Assemble returns, financial statements and the business plan

Your part

  • Maintain a 680+ FICO
  • Provide 2 years of business and personal returns and current financials

Typical duration

Typically 30–90 days from complete application to funding — a range, not a guarantee.

What it unlocks

Long-term, lower-cost capital at small-business scale.
